In short: this website does not use analytics, advertising, personalisation or social media cookies. That is why you don't see a cookie notice: there is nothing to accept or reject.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE requires your consent before using them, except when they are strictly necessary for the website to work or to provide a service you ask for. The same rule applies to similar techniques, such as the browser's local storage or tracking pixels.
2. Which cookies this website uses
None, whether its own or third-party, to analyse visits, show advertising, personalise content or connect with social media. I also don't use local storage, pixels, device fingerprinting or any other technique to follow your browsing or identify you.
3. Technical security cookies from the hosting provider
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Only if its security system detects suspicious traffic or activates its protection against automated attacks might it store one of these technical cookies in your browser. They are strictly necessary to protect the website, are not used to identify you or build profiles and, for that reason, the law does not require consent for them:

4. Content from other companies
Everything the page loads, including the text, photographs, map, icons and fonts, is hosted on this same domain. No maps, videos, fonts or social media buttons from other companies are embedded, so visiting this website does not send your IP address to any company other than the hosting provider. The site's security settings also prevent external resources from loading.
5. Links to other sites
The WhatsApp links, the Google Maps links (location, directions and reviews) and the links to public bodies only take you away from this website if you tap them. From that moment on, those sites' cookie policies apply.
6. How to block or delete cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, usually in the privacy or security section (in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on mobile too). If you block Cloudflare's technical cookies, the website will keep working, although it might ask you for a security check.
7. Changes
If a tool that uses non-essential cookies, such as visitor analytics, is ever added, it will not be activated until you accept it in a notice that lets you accept or reject it just as easily, and this policy will be updated.
