This is an English translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Owner details

In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the owner of this website:

The owner is a self-employed professional (a natural person) and, as such, is not required to register with the Mercantile Registry. Hairdressing is not a regulated profession and does not require membership of a professional body, and the owner has not signed up to any code of conduct.

2. Use of the website

This website is for information: it shows the services, prices, opening hours and location of the salon. It does not allow you to contract, buy, pay or book online, and it has no forms or registration area. Appointments are made by phone or WhatsApp, and services are provided and paid for in the salon.

Anyone visiting the website agrees to use it lawfully, without damaging it or preventing it from working normally.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, photographs, location map and design of this website belong to its owner or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied or reused without authorisation; you are welcome to share the link.

The interior photographs are of the salon itself. The before and after photographs are of salon clients, are published with their signed authorisation and have not been retouched: at most, they have been cropped to fit.

FarmaVita is a trademark of its owner. Its logo appears only to state truthfully which products the salon uses and sells; it does not mean that the salon is an official distributor or that the brand sponsors this website.

The reviews shown belong to their authors and come from the salon's public Google listing.

4. Liability and links

I try to keep the published information, especially prices and opening hours, up to date and correct. If you spot a mistake, let me know and I'll correct it.

The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and public bodies' websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which do not depend on the owner.

5. Data protection

Data controller: Alexis Armas Santana (Peluquero Santana). If you write to me or call me, I use your name and phone number only to give you an appointment. You can access your data, correct it, delete it and exercise your other rights as explained in the privacy policy, where you will find all the information. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies: the cookie policy explains this.

6. Prices, appointments and complaints

Prices

All published prices are in euros and include VAT. They apply to the services as described on the website. A job may cost a different amount when the hair needs more product or more time than expected, for example because of its length, its thickness or its colour history: in that case you are told and it is agreed with you before starting. You are never charged more than the stated amount without your prior agreement.

A receipt is given on payment. If you need a full invoice, ask for it in the salon.

Appointments

Appointments are made by phone or WhatsApp and are confirmed when the salon replies. You can also come without an appointment and I'll see you if there's a free slot. If you can't make it, please let me know in advance so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Official complaint forms

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to you in the salon. They are the official forms of the Generalitat Valenciana (the regional government), are provided free of charge to any consumer who asks for them, and a sign on display says so.

How to complain

If something hasn't gone well, tell the salon first, in person, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email: almost everything can be sorted out straight away. I reply to complaints as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month at most.

If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) of Elche City Council or the consumer services of the Generalitat Valenciana (cindi.gva.es/es/web/consumo).

Alternative dispute resolution

The owner has not signed up to the Consumer Arbitration Board or any other alternative consumer dispute resolution body. If a complaint is not resolved directly with the salon, I will tell you in writing which body is competent, the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Valencian Community, and whether I agree to take part in the procedure, as provided for in article 40 of Spanish Law 7/2017.

7. Accessibility

The website is designed to be used with a keyboard, a screen reader and enlarged text, following the WCAG 2.2 level AA accessibility guidelines. If you find any barrier, tell me and I'll correct it.

8. Applicable law

This website and its use are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
